Insects

Insect bites and stings usually cause irritation to the skin; this is quite normal and not considered to be an allergic response. Some people however do have allergic reactions from them that can range anywhere from mild to life threatening.

Stinging Insects: Bees, wasps, hornets, yellow-jackets and fire ants are the most common stinging insects that can cause allergic reactions. Their sting contains a toxic substance called venom. Most people stung by these insects recover within hours or days.

Biting Insects: Mosquitoes, kissing bugs, bedbugs, fleas, ticks and certain flies are the most common biting insects known to cause an allergic reaction. Most people bitten by insects suffer pain, redness, itching, stinging and minor swelling in the area around the bite.

The life-threatening allergic reaction to insect bites and stinges that some people suffer from is called anaphylaxis.

Symptoms may include:

  • Skin rashes, itching, and hives

  • Swelling of the lips, tongue, and throat

  • Shortness of breath and wheezing

  • Dizziness and fainting

  • Stomach pain and bloating

  • Vomiting and diarrhea

  • Feeling like something bad is about to happen

Allergies almost always have an underlying imbalance that is triggering your body to see something harmless as a threat, so the best way to manage an allergy is to get rid of the underlying imbalance(s) that are contributing to the allergic reaction.

Until you have removed the underlying imbalances the best way to manage your insect allergy is to make sure all windows and doors are closed or screened, avoid going outside around dawn and dusk, and wearing insect repellent and clothing that covers your skin when you need to go outside.

You have been led here by your subconscious mind, indicating that an insect allergy is causing some kind of imbalance in your body.

Use the questions below to investigate further.

Hack IN:-)

1. Determine which insect is causing the allergy using a process of elimination.

  • Go through the insects you have come into contact with until you get a yes to the one that is causing the allergic reaction.

2. Are there any underlying imbalances that are contributing to my insect allergy?

  • If yes, ask: in TOTAL, how many underlying imbalances do I need to discover? 2? 3?

    • Increase the number one by one until you get a yes answer.

    • If you reach 3 without getting a yes, ask: do I need to discover more than 3?

    • If yes, continue increasing the number until you get a yes.

    • If no you have gone past the correct number, either start again or use a process of elimination until you find the correct number of underlying imbalances required.

    • Once you have the number required, find and clear each one before proceeding with this clearing.

  • If no, move to underlying imbalance.

Underlying Imbalance

Ask: Is there an underlying imbalance that needs to be cleared before releasing the energy of the insect allergy?

  • If no, move to healing intention.

  • If yes, hack IN and clear the underlying imbalance before proceeding with this clearing.

Healing Intention

If you are still being exposed to the insect allergen that is causing imbalance in your body using common sense, take steps to reduce your exposure. Plus seek the assistance of a professional to assist you in overcoming the insect allergy by increasing your resilience.

Also, once you have removed all underlying imbalances, with Love and Confidence state your command to rebalance your energy with insects so that your body begins to see it as a harmless substance, then visualize your body disposing of the insect bite/sting through the appropriate channels with ease.

These are the words that I use – please change these words to what feels most authentic for your heart when the whim arises. It is always important to follow the guidance of your own heart and do what feels right for you :)

Healing Command

“I am a master of the light, and I acknowledge that I have an allergy to an insect bite/sting that does not serve me or my body on my journey to the light.

So, by the almighty God power that is vested within me and by the gift of Grace I now instruct my immune system to see this insect bite/sting as being harmless and dispose of it efficiently through the appropriate channels, repairing any damage that may have resulted from its presence.”

(Imagine your immune system welcoming the insect bite/sting with a smile, embracing it with a warm hug and transporting it out of the body with ease and grace.)

“Doing this in the best way possible, in line with my higher self, and for the greatest good. So be it!”

(Then imagine a spiral of violet flame spiraling up from the center of the Earth, circling you and strengthening the harmonious vibration between your body and the insect bite/sting then continuing up into space, eventually exploding like a beautiful firecracker into divine light and showering back down onto the planet. Catch the light in your hands and splash it over your face, bring your hands to a prayer position and smile with every cell in your body.)

When complete ask if you have rebalanced your energy with the insect bite/sting and record your result for future reference.

- your notes may look something like this:

Allergy: insect sting – underlying imbalance x 2 = energy rebalanced.

(clear all underlying imbalances before attempting to rebalance my bodies relationship with wasps +

eliminate exposure to them by having all paper wasp nests around my home removed)
