Protein is an important part of a healthy diet.
Your body needs protein to grow, repair, and work properly.
Protein is made up of chemical building blocks called amino acids.
These amino acids are used to make hormones and to build and repair bones and muscles.

Signs of protein deficiency include:

Loss of muscle mass

Skin, hair, and nail problems

Weakness and fatigue

Impaired immune function

Slow healing of injuries

Increased appetite

Hormonal imbalance

Edema – fluid retention
Too much protein on the other hand tends to slow digestion right down, as it is the protein molecules that are the hardest for the body to digest due to their size. This in time can cause constipation and food intolerances to foods such as bread, milk, and meat, again due to the big protein molecules contained in these foods, combined with the processing agents used in processed foods.

IMPORTANT NOTE TO CONSIDER IN YOUR FOOD INVESTIGATIONS:
When someone starts to develop a food intolerance, it is very rarely the natural food that is causing the intolerance. Usually, the person is becoming intolerant to one or more of the processing agents that have either been fed to the animal or added to the food. Quite often eating a cleaner source of the food in question can eliminate the intolerance problem.

Use the chart above to determine what type of protein your body requires more or less of to thrive.

1. Ask: Is there more than 1 type of protein that I need to discover?

If yes, ask: in TOTAL, how many types of protein do I need to discover? 2? 3?

Increase the number one by one until you get a yes answer.

If you reach 3 without getting a yes answer, ask: do I need to discover more than 3?
-
If yes, continue increasing the number until you get a yes.

If no you have gone past the correct number, either start again or use a process of elimination until you find the correct number of proteins required.
2. Ask: Is the protein I need to discover in Column A?

If yes, it is in Column A.

If no, ask if it is in Column B. If yes, it is in Column B.

If no, it is in Column C.
3. Ask: Is it in an Odd Row?

If yes, it is in an Odd Row (1, 3, or 5).
-
If no, it is in an Even Row (2, 4, or 6).
4. For Odd, ask: Is it in Row 1?

Name odd rows one by one until you get a yes answer.
For Even, ask: Is it in Row 2?

Name even rows one by one until you get a yes answer.
5. Ask: Is it ______?

Test each protein in that box, one by one, until you get a yes answer.
6. Repeat steps 2 to 5 above for the number of proteins that need to be discovered.

Once you have the proteins required ask the following questions about each protein.
7. Ask: Do I need more of this protein?

If yes, using a process of elimination ask how often your body requires this protein.

For example: Do I need to eat this protein more than once a week? Etc.

If no, ask do I need to stop eating it altogether?
-
If yes, ask if a cleaner source of this protein would overcome the problem?

If yes, find a cleaner source of this protein

You can use your muscle magic at the shop to find a cleaner source, or a brand that you will not be intolerant to.

Using a process of elimination ask how often you need to eat it?

If no, stop eating it.

If you don’t need to stop eating it altogether, if you just need to reduce your consumption of it, ask how often you need this protein using a process of elimination.

For example: Do I need to eat this protein more than once a fortnight? Etc.

8. Ask: Am I able to absorb this protein effectively?

If no, move to determining the malabsorption cause.
-
If yes, move to the healing intention.
Malabsorption Cause
Ask: Is there an underlying imbalance that is contributing to the malabsorption of this protein?

If no, move to healing intention.

If yes, hack IN and clear the cause of the malabsorption before proceeding with this clearing.
Healing Intention
Using common sense and with moderation, remove or add this protein source to your diet.
