Shared Emotions

Shared emotions can occur with other people when you experience an intense emotional event at the exact same time, with the exact same emotional response or frequency.

Shared emotions can be any emotion really, but they are usually quite powerful emotions, like grief, fear or shame that have been triggered by an extreme event.

Shared emotions can have the same type of effect on the body as any type of unpacked emotion. They can lodge anywhere in your body, as a sphere of negative vibrations, distorting your energy field, which can in time lead to all kinds of physical and emotional issues.

Hack IN:-)

1. 1st ask, is there a match for my “shared emotion” on this chart?

  • If no, ask for the emotion that is most like my “shared emotion”.

2. Ask: Can I release more than 1 shared emotion in this clearing?

  • If yes, ask: in TOTAL, how many emotions can I release in this clearing? 2? 3? 4?

  • Increase the number one by one until you get a yes answer.

  • If you reach 12 without getting a yes answer, ask: can I release more than 12 emotions?

  • If yes, continue increasing the number until you get a yes.

  • If no you have gone past the correct number, either start again or use a process of elimination until you find the correct number of emotions to be released.

3. Ask: Is the shared emotion I need to discover in Column A?

  • If yes, it is in Column A.

  • If no, ask if it is in Column B. If yes, it is in Column B.

  • If no, it is in Column C.

4. Ask: Is it in an Odd Row?

  • If yes, it is in an Odd Row (1, 3, or 5).

  • If no, it is in an Even Row (2, 4, or 6).

5. For Odd, ask: Is it in Row 1?

  • Name odd rows one by one until you get a yes answer.

For Even, ask: Is it in Row 2?

  • Name even rows one by one until you get a yes answer.

6. Ask: Is it ______?

  • Test each emotion in that box, one by one, until you get a yes answer.

7. Repeat steps 3 to 6 above for the number of emotions that need to be discovered.

8. Ask: The age of occurrence?

  • Use a process of elimination to find the age.

    • For example: Divide the subject’s age roughly in half, and muscle test to determine if the emotion became trapped during the first or second half of life.

    • Continue dividing and muscle testing in this fashion until you’ve determined the age when the emotion became trapped.

Ask: Was it associated with a life event?

  • Knowing when it happened may be useful.

Ask: Who is the emotion shared with?

  • Was it a family member, friend, teacher, etc. Use a process of elimination to establish who the emotion is shared with.

  • Once determined who it is shared with ask if you are permitted to release this emotion from the other person(s) as well.

  • The clearing words in my example assume that you are permitted to release this for the other person, if you are not then please adjust the wording to reflect this wish, which is coming from their Higher Self. It could be that their body has already released this emotion, or it may be a lesson that they wish to solve for themselves. It is important not to take someone’s lesson away from them, as it may come back stronger next time.

When you do not need to know more, move on.

Healing Intention

With Love and Confidence state your command to release the shared emotion(s) then visualize them lifting off you and the other person if permitted to do so.

These are the words that I use – please change these words to what feels most authentic for your heart when the whim arises.  It is always important to follow the guidance of your own heart and do what feels right for you :)

Healing Command

“I am a master of the light, and I acknowledge that I have a shared emotion(s) that does not serve me or ___________ on our journey to the light.

So, by the almighty God power that is vested within me and by the gift of Grace I now release this/these emotion(s), in all of its/their forms, vibrations, mutations, and echoes from every aspect of life of who (other person's name) and I am.

I now release the emotion(s) of ____________.”

(Imagine the emotion(s) lifting off you and the other person, sit them up at the top of the tall tree line above your head.)

“Sending it/them back into the universe to be transmuted into the highest form of light. Doing this in the best way possible, in line with our higher selves, and for the greatest good. So be it!”

(Then imagine a spiral of violet flame spiraling up from the center of the Earth, circling you and the person you shared this emotion with, continuing up, collecting the emotion(s) to be released, then zooming them right up into space, eventually exploding like a beautiful firecracker into divine light and showering back down onto the planet. Catch the light in your hands and splash it over your face, bring your hands to a prayer position and smile with every cell in your body.)

When complete ask if you have cleared this emotion from yourself and the other person and record your result for future reference.

– your notes may look something like this:

Emotion: shared x 1 – afraid = released for both.

(age 5 – shared with mum – when the truck ran into us – can be released for her too)
