Unpacked Emotions

An emotion is a vibrational frequency (or energy) that is generated by your thoughts about what you perceive is taking place.

Good emotions give you good vibrations and are rarely ever concern.

Negative emotions, however, carry a low vibrational frequency/energy which can have a negative effect on the way you respond to situations that come up in your daily life.

Negative unpacked emotions can trigger an overreaction to what is happening in that present moment. They can cause you to react, rather than respond rationally to the situation at hand.

It is important to acknowledge here that negative emotions are a normal and valuable part of life, as they form part of your internal guidance system, steering you away from undesired situations.

Negative emotions can become stuck if they are overwhelming, or if the normal emotional process of creating, experiencing, and letting go is interrupted.

Negative unpacked emotions can lodge anywhere in your body as an invisible sphere of energy, distorting your energy field, which can in time lead to all kinds of physical and emotional issues.

An unpacked emotion is a negative emotion experienced in your current lifetime, an emotion that has not been properly processed and released. Too many unpacked emotions lead to excess baggage which can begin to way you down.

Hack IN:-)

1. 1st ask, is there a match for my “unpacked emotion” on this chart?

  • If no, ask for the emotion that is most like my “unpacked emotion”.

2. Ask: Can I release more than 1 "unpacked emotion" in this clearing?

  • If yes, ask: in TOTAL, how many "unpacked emotions" can I release in this clearing? 2? 3? 4?

  • Increase the number one by one until you get a yes answer.

  • If you reach 6 without getting a yes answer, ask: can I release more than 6 emotions?

  • If yes, continue increasing the number until you get a yes.

  • If no you have gone past the correct number, either start again or use a process of elimination until you find the correct number of "unpacked emotions" to be released.

3. Ask: Is the "unpacked emotion" I need to discover in Column A?

  • If yes, it is in Column A.

  • If no, ask if it is in Column B. If yes, it is in Column B.

  • If no, it is in Column C.

4. Ask: Is it in an Odd Row?

  • If yes, it is in an Odd Row (1, 3, or 5).

  • If no, it is in an Even Row (2, 4, or 6).

5. For Odd, ask: Is it in Row 1?

  • Name odd rows one by one until you get a yes answer.

For Even, ask: Is it in Row 2?

  • Name even rows one by one until you get a yes answer.

6. Ask: Is it ______?

  • Test each emotion in that box, one by one, until you get a yes answer.

7. Repeat steps 3 to 6 above for the number of emotions that need to be discovered.

8. Ask: The age of occurrence?

  • Use a process of elimination to find the age.

    • For example: Divide the subject’s age roughly in half, and muscle test to determine if the "unpacked emotion" became stuck during the first or second half of life.

    • Continue dividing and muscle testing in this fashion until you’ve determined the age when the "unpacked emotion" became stuck.

Ask: Was it associated with a life event?

  • Knowing when it happened may be useful.

When you do not need to know more, move on.

Additional Layers from Your Lifetime

Once you have the “unpacked emotion”, ask: are there any additional layers of imbalance stemming from this "unpacked emotion"? If yes establish how many layers there are? Increasing the number until you get a yes. Record your answer.

If no, which is unlikely, move on.

Tip: when establishing how many layers there are, you can speed things up by jumping up in increments of 5, 10, or more. To do this ask; “Is there more than 5 layers? Is there more than 10 layers? Etc. When you get to a “no” answer go back to your last “yes” answer and check each number in between the “yes” and the “no” answer to find the correct number.

Additional Layers from Your Mothers Lineage

Ask: are there any layers of this imbalance stemming from my mother’s lineage?

If yes establish how many generational layers there are? Keep increasing the number until you get a yes.

Record your answer.

If no, move on.

Additional Layers from Your Fathers Lineage

Ask: are there any layers of this imbalance stemming from my father’s lineage?

If yes establish how many generational layers there are? Keep increasing the number until you get a yes.

Record your answer.

If no, move on.

Healing Intention

With Love and Confidence state your command to release the unpacked emotion(s) then visualize them lifting off you.

These are the words that I use – please change these words to what feels most authentic for your heart when the whim arises.  It is always important to follow the guidance of your own heart and do what feels right for you :)

Healing Command

“I am a master of the light, and I acknowledge that I have an unpacked emotion(s) that does not serve me on my journey to the light.

So, by the almighty God power that is vested within me and by the gift of Grace I now release this/these emotion(s), in all of its/their forms, vibrations, mutations, and echoes from every aspect of life of who I am. I now release the emotion(s) of ____________.”

(Imagine the emotion(s) lifting off you, sit them up at the top of the tall tree line above your head.)

“I now release all (number of?) additional layers of imbalance that have stemmed from this “unpacked emotion” in all of their forms, vibrations, mutations, and echoes from every aspect of life of who I am.”

(Imagine the additional layers of this imbalance lifting off you, sit them up at the top of the tall tree line above your head.)

“And I now release this “unpacked emotion(s)” along with all of its forms, vibrations, mutations, and echoes from my mother and my father's entire lineages, past, present, and future.”

(Imagine the emotion(s) in all of its forms lifting off your mother and father’s entire lineage, see them as a big group in your mind's eye and visualize the emotion(s) all lifting up, lots of balls of energy, sit them up at the top of the tall tree line above your head.)

“Sending all this energy back into the universe to be transmuted into the highest form of light.

"Doing this in the best way possible, in line with my higher self, and for the greatest good. So be it!”

(Then imagine a spiral of violet flame spiraling up from the center of the Earth, circling you and your lineages, continuing up, collecting the emotion(s) to be released, then zooming them right up into space, eventually exploding like a beautiful firecracker into divine light and showering back down onto the planet. Catch the light in your hands and splash it over your face, bring your hands to a prayer position and smile with every cell in your body.)

When complete ask if you have cleared this emotion from yourself? from your mothers' lineage? and from your fathers' lineage? Record your result for future reference.

– your notes may look something like this:

Emotion: unpacked x 2 – abandonment + crying = released.

(age 5 – when dad left)

(additional layers to be cleared from my lifetime for this imbalance = 11)

(additional inherited layers – mums lineage = 23 + dads lineage = 6)
