Heavy Metals

Heavy metals occur naturally in nature. It is however the industrial use of heavy metals in the agricultural, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, and military complexes that contributes significantly to human and environmental contamination.

Some metals (those listed above in black) are considered highly toxic to humans even in minute amounts and should be avoided at all costs. Other metals (those listed above in purple) are however needed by the body in trace (very small) amounts to perform important bodily functions. If an excess of a trace metals is encountered, it also becomes highly toxic to the human body.

Recent studies are also suggesting that the highly toxic (black) metals can mimic the (purple) trace metals required by the body. For example, cadmium mimics zinc, which is a trace metal required by insulin, this can gum up the pancreas leading to diabetes, and lead mimics calcium which over time creates brittle bones, showing up as osteoporosis usually later in life.

Symptoms of heavy metal poisoning can include:

  • Abdominal pain

  • Low body temperature

  • Dehydration

  • Feeling weak

  • Diarrhea

  • Nausea and vomiting

  • Scratchy feeling in your throat

  • Numbness in hands and feet

  • Cardiovascular disease

  • Developmental abnormalities

  • Neurological disorders

  • Diabetes

  • Miscarriages

  • Blood disorders

  • Immune function disorders

  • Various types of cancer

You can be exposed to heavy metal poisoning by ingesting them, inhaling them, and absorbing them through your skin.

You have been led here by your subconscious mind, indicating that you would benefit in some way from reducing your heavy metal exposure.

Use the chart above to determine what type of heavy metal is having a negative effect on your health.

Hack IN:-)

1. Ask: Is the heavy metal that is having a negative effect on my health, or something like it on this chart?

2. Is there more than 1 type of heavy metal that I need to discover?

  • If yes, ask: in TOTAL, how many types of heavy metals do I need to discover? 2? 3?

  • Increase the number one by one until you get a yes answer.

  • If you reach 3 without getting a yes answer, ask: do I need to discover more than 3?

  • If yes, continue increasing the number until you get a yes.

  • If no you have gone past the correct number, either start again or use a process of elimination until you find the correct number of heavy metals required.

3. Ask: Is the heavy metal I need to discover in Column A?

  • If yes, it is in Column A.

  • If no, ask if it is in Column B.

  • If yes, it is in Column B.

  • If no, ask if it is in Column C.

  • If yes, it is in Column C.

  • If no, it is in Column D.

3. Ask: Is it in an Odd Row?

  • If yes, it is in an Odd Row (1, 3, or 5).

  • If no, it is in an Even Row (2, 4, or 6).

4. For Odd, ask: Is it in Row 1?

  • Name odd rows one by one until you get a yes answer.

For Even, ask: Is it in Row 2?

  • Name even rows one by one until you get a yes answer.

5. When you get a yes record your answer.

6. Repeat steps 3 to 5 above for the number of heavy metals that need to be discovered.

  • Once you have the heavy metals required ask the following questions about each one.

7. Ask: If more than one heavy metal, which one is doing the most harm?

Ask: Am I still being exposed to this heavy metal?

  • If yes, using a process of elimination track where this exposure is coming from.

    • You can ask things like; Is the exposure happening at school/home/shops?

    • Is it something I touch? Something I eat? Or something I inhale?

    • How often am I exposed to it? More than once a week? Etc.

  • If no, using a process of elimination determine how old you were when you were exposed?

When you do not need to know anymore, move to Underlying Imbalances.

Underlying Imbalance

Ask: Is there an underlying imbalance that needs to be cleared before releasing the energy of the heavy metal(s)?

  • If no, move to healing intention.

  • If yes, hack IN and clear the underlying imbalance before proceeding with this clearing.

Healing Intention

Using common sense take steps to reduce your exposure and to assist your body to detoxify from the heavy metal(s). If you are unsure how to do this, please consult a health care professional for guidance.

Also, with Love and Confidence state your command to release the energy of the harmful heavy metals, then visualize them lifting off you.

These are the words that I use – please change these words to what feels most authentic for your heart when the whim arises. It is always important to follow the guidance of your own heart and do what feels right for you :)

Healing Command

“I am a master of the light, and I acknowledge that I have been negatively affected by ____________ (heavy metals) that do not serve me or my body on my journey to the light.

So, by the almighty God power that is vested within me and by the gift of Grace I now release the energy of all harmful heavy metals, in all their forms, vibrations, mutations and echoes, from every aspect of life of who I am.

(Imagine the energy of the heavy metals lifting off you, sit them up at the top of the tall tree line above your head.)

“Sending them back into the universe to be transmuted into the highest form of light. Instructing my body to dispose of any physical remnants through the appropriate channels and repair any damage that may have resulted from their presence.

Doing this in the best way possible, in line with my higher self, and for the greatest good. So be it!”

(Then imagine a spiral of violet flame spiraling up from the center of the Earth, circling you and continuing up, collecting the heavy metals to be cleared, then zooming them right up into space, eventually exploding like a beautiful firecracker into divine light and showering back down onto the planet. Catch the light in your hands and splash it over your face, bring your hands to a prayer position and smile with every cell in your body.)

When complete ask if you have cleared the harmful heavy metal energy from yourself and record your result for future reference.

- your notes may look something like this:

Toxin: heavy metals x 3 – aluminum + arsenic + cadmium = speak to doctor about alternative treatment options + buy stainless steel cookware + change rice brand + use gloves when handling furby’s batteries + let aunty amy know that her smoke affecting me & move further away from her whenever she has a smoke)

(aluminum = now from my antidepressant + cooking pots. arsenic = now from rice + age 6 from drinking water on holidays. cadmium = furby’s rechargeable batteries + secondhand smoke from aunty amy)
