1. Ask: Is the interference energy my body is dealing with, or something like it on this chart?

2. Is there more than 1 type of interference energy that I need to discover?

• If yes, ask: in TOTAL, how many types of interference energy do I need to discover? 2? 3?

• Increase the number one by one until you get a yes answer.

• If you reach 3 without getting a yes answer, ask: do I need to discover more than 3?

• If yes, continue increasing the number until you get a yes.

• If no you have gone past the correct number, either start again or use a process of elimination until you find the correct number of interference energies your body is dealing with.

3. Ask: Is the interference energy I need to discover in Column A?

• If yes, it is in Column A. 

• If no, ask if it is in Column B.

• If yes, it is in Column B. 

• If no, it is in Column C.

4. Ask: Is it in an Odd Row?

• If yes, it is in an Odd Row (1, 3, or 5).

• If no, it is in an Even Row (2, 4, or 6).

5. For Odd, ask: Is it in Row 1?

• Name odd rows one by one until you get a yes answer.

   For Even, ask: Is it in Row 2?

• Name even rows one by one until you get a yes answer.

6. Ask: Is it ______? 

• If you get a yes record your answer.

7. Repeat steps 2 to 5 above for the number of interference energies that need to be discovered.

• Once you have the interference energies required ask the following questions about each one.

8. Ask: The age of occurrence?

• Use a process of elimination to find the age.

  • For example: Divide the subject’s age roughly in half, and muscle test to determine if the interference energy was picked up during the first or second half of life. 

  • Continue dividing and muscle testing in this fashion until you’ve determined the age when the interference energy was picked up.

   Ask: Was it associated with a life event? Work? School? Location?

• Knowing when or where it happened may be useful. 

   When you do not need to know anymore, move to Underlying Imbalances. 

Underlying Imbalance

Ask: To successfully remove this interference energy, is it necessary to clear an underlying imbalance first? 

• If no, move to healing intention.

• If yes, hack IN and clear the underlying imbalance before attempting to rebalance your energy field.

Healing Intention

With Love and Confidence state your command to release the interference energy, then visualize the interference energy lifting away from your energy field.

These are the words that I use – please change these words to what feels most authentic for your heart when the whim arises. It is always important to follow the guidance of your own heart and do what feels right for you :)

Healing Command

“I am a master of the light, and I acknowledge that I have a ______________ attached to my energy field that does not serve me on my journey to the light.

So, by the almighty God power that is vested within me and by the gift of Grace I now release this ____________ from my energy field, in all of its forms, vibrations, mutations, and echoes, from every aspect of life of who I am.”

(Imagine the interference energy lifting off your body.)

“Doing this in the best way possible, in line with my higher self, and for the greatest good. So be it!”

(Then imagine a spiral of violet flame spiralling up from the centre of the Earth, circling you and collecting the interference energy, then continue this spiral up into space, eventually exploding like a beautiful firecracker into divine light and showering back down onto the planet. Catch the light in your hands and splash it over your face, bring your hands to a prayer position and smile with every cell in your body.)
