You have been led here by your subconscious mind, indicating that you would benefit in some way from assisting your body to process and offload a stressful situation(s) you have been dealing with.

Use the chart above to determine what type of de-stress activity your body would benefit from most.
Hack IN:-)
1. Ask: Is the de-stress activity that my body would benefit from, or something like it on this chart?
2. Is there more than 1 type of de-stress activity that I need to discover?
-
If yes, ask: in TOTAL, how many types of de-stress activities do I need to discover? 2? 3?
-
Increase the number one by one until you get a yes answer.
-
If you reach 3 without getting a yes answer, ask: do I need to discover more than 3?
-
If yes, continue increasing the number until you get a yes.
-
If no you have gone past the correct number, either start again or use a process of elimination until you find the correct number of de-stress activities required.
3. Ask: Is the de-stress activity I need to discover in Column A?
-
If yes, it is in Column A.
-
If no, ask if it is in Column B.
-
If yes, it is in Column B.
-
If no, it is in Column C.
4. Ask: Is it in an Odd Row?
-
If yes, it is in an Odd Row (1, 3, or 5).
-
If no, it is in an Even Row (2, 4, or 6).
5. For Odd, ask: Is it in Row 1?
-
Name odd rows one by one until you get a yes answer.
For Even, ask: Is it in Row 2?
-
Name even rows one by one until you get a yes answer.
5. When you get a yes record your answer.
6. Repeat steps 3 to 5 above for the number of de-stress activities that need to be discovered.
-
Once you have the de-stress activities required ask the following questions about each one.
7. Ask: If more than one de-stress activity, which one is most beneficial to do first?
Ask: Is there a similar de-stress activity that would suit my needs better?
-
If yes, research on the web for similar de-stress activities until you find the right one.
Ask: Is there a particular person or practitioner I would benefit from seeing assistance the most?
-
If yes, using a process of elimination track your person/practitioner down.
-
You can ask things like; roughly how many kilometres is it from here to them?
-
Then go through the suburbs about that far away until you get a yes.
-
Then look for the person/practitioners that could assist you with your de-stress activity in that suburb and check each one until you get a yes.
-
When you do not need to know anymore, move to Underlying Imbalances.
Underlying Imbalance
Ask: Is there an underlying imbalance that is needs to be cleared before commencing this de-stress activity?
-
If no, move to healing intention.
If yes, hack IN and clear the underlying imbalance before proceeding with this clearing.
Healing Intention
With Love and Confidence implement the de-stress activities your subconscious mind has indicated that it would benefit from.
- your notes may look something like this:
Lifestyle: energy body – de-stress activity x 1 – talk to someone I trust
= contact aunty Kris.
(family member – female – lives 3 km from home – aunty Kris)
